Sustainable Development Training Centre (SDTC)
The Sustainable Development Training Centre (SDTC) was set up to provide young people the opportunity to have access to information communication technology (ICT) education. It provides training in Internet navigation, software applications, leadership skills, youth micro-entrepreneurship skills and principle of sustainable development.
Communication Strategies
The Centre provides training in Internet, software, leadership skills, youth micro enterprise and principles of sustainable development. The centre also serves as a resource centre for Rescue Mission Ghana/Global Teenager project.
It promotes varied ICT and capacity building training programmes to workers, non-governmental organisations (NGO’s) and interested persons who want to acquire skills. Some of the programmes available include:
- Introduction to Basic Computer Skills
- Keyboarding
- MS Word and Office Applications
- Multimedia Application PowerPoint
- Web Page Development
- Internet Communication and Navigation
