54% of those who had heard of the soybean innovation tried it. The groundnut innovation was adopted by 23.5%, rabbit meat by 5.8%, and livestock production by 17.6%.
Access
75% of the sample of women had access to the radio, but only 43% actually listened to it. 47% of women who did listen said music was their favorite programme, and 24% said that agriculture was their favorite programme, although all women were aware of the 4 farming broadcasts. The soybean programmes were received by 52% of the women.
